Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Senior Category Manager for its EU Marketing team to lead European product marketing plans across Colour, Complexion, Skincare, and Fragrance. The role translates global brand strategy into regional priorities, develops portfolio and NPD plans, coordinates launches and promotions, oversees portfolio performance, and leads two Category Managers and a shared Category Analyst. The position requires marketing experience, preferably in beauty, with proven category or portfolio ownership, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills.
