Description
The Senior Certification Analyst, SG-18, PEF will review certification applications for Minority and Women-owned Businesses, determine eligibility based on ownership, managerial and operational control, and Article 15-A requirements, prepare clarifications and eligibility reports, conduct interviews and site visits, and support recently certified firms with contracting resources. The role is permanent, based in Albany or New York City, and requires six years of relevant contract compliance, affirmative action, or minority and women’s business enterprise experience, with education-based substitutions available. The salary range is $66,964 to $88,970, plus $4,150 location pay for NYC hires.
