Cleanaway Waste Management is hiring a Senior Change & Training Analyst for its Data & Analytics team in Melbourne, Australia. Reporting to the Change Manager, the role leads people-focused change across data, technology, and AI initiatives by conducting impact and stakeholder assessments, developing change and training plans, facilitating workshops and presentations, and delivering Power BI training, guides, and video content. The analyst will partner with project teams to support adoption of dashboards, AI solutions, and new ways of working, helping users interpret data and translate insights into action. The position requires practical change management, digital transformation, Power BI, training, communication, and stakeholder-influencing experience.
