The role involves stakeholder engagement, mapping user profiles and use cases, overseeing transformation projects, and contributing to change enablement solutions, particularly around generative AI and intelligent platforms. Candidates need a BAC+5 degree, at least five years of change management experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, English proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
