Blue Acorn iCi is hiring a Senior Change Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple functions, roles, and global regions. The role owns change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, risk mitigation, program enablement, and continuous improvement, while advising senior leaders and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Candidates need at least five years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles, along with strong program and project management, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position offers a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 annually, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and requires unrestricted United States work authorization without employer sponsorship.
