Caylent is hiring a Senior Change Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery partner for strategic customer engagements. The role develops and executes change strategies, manages adoption and business outcomes, supports AI-enabled organizational transformation, and delivers high-quality change management work. It requires 4–7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement, with strong client-facing, analytical, communication, facilitation, and AI capabilities. The position is fully remote, offers a base salary of $175,000–$195,000 CAD per year, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
