PsiQuantum is hiring a Senior Characterization & Test Engineer to own the evaluation, characterization, and validation strategy for photonic devices, packages, and subsystems. The role leads electrical, optical, thermal, mechanical, and reliability test programs; designs test plans and DOEs; analyzes complex data; performs root-cause and failure investigations; develops automated analysis tools; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a master's degree with 5+ years of experience, along with expertise in characterization instrumentation, photonics, data analysis, and statistical methods. The position offers full-time status, equity, benefits, and a U.S. base salary of $106,300–$178,400 depending on the geographic zone.
