Calo is hiring a Senior Chef De Partie to support the head chef and manage daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training, menu preparation, food quality and freshness, ordering and stocking, scheduling, performance assessment, communication, sanitation, and plate production. The role requires previous CDP experience, at least five years of hospitality and catering experience, current presence in the United Arab Emirates, English communication skills, pastry and dessert knowledge, food-safety understanding, and strong organizational and leadership abilities.
