Description
The Senior Chemist will lead research, development, optimization, and commercialization of current and next-generation ink formulations. Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, developing and validating formulations, characterizing inks, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting manufacturing scale-up, documenting data and laboratory operations, and mentoring junior chemists. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, at least five years of relevant experience, wet-laboratory or chemical-manufacturing experience, and knowledge of QA/QC, chemical safety, and laboratory practices.
