Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Circuit Engineer to design and verify custom circuit intellectual property for SRAM arrays, analog and digital circuits, and logic and RAM chips. The role focuses on improving silicon correlation, power, performance, security, and yield; developing EM, IR, noise, and static timing analysis flows; and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need CMOS, RC, timing, circuit design, SPICE, statistical modeling, and physical-design knowledge, along with a BE/M-Tech in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent experience and 3–8 years of experience.
