Description
NVIDIA is hiring a VLSI verification engineer to participate in processor design and debug in deep submicron technologies. The role focuses on silicon characterization, ATPG pattern generation, RTL and gate-level verification, root-cause analysis of design failures, RAM failure mechanisms, and development of DFT-based testing methodologies. Candidates need a BSEE or MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, at least 8 years of experience, and expertise in DFT, logic design, simulation, pattern generation, and scripting.
