The NCIA is hiring a Senior CIS Security Officer based in Mons, Belgium, to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour and the NATO Cyber Security Centre. The role oversees security awareness and training, monitors and responds to security incidents, manages stakeholder and vendor relationships, supports disaster recovery and business continuity, and oversees third-party security requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus three years of post-related experience, or an alternative 10-year progressive expertise route, along with knowledge of computer and communication security, GRC, security audits, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, security frameworks, and English fluency. The position offers a five-year contract, tax-free salary, household and children’s allowances, private health insurance, annual leave, and a NATO pension scheme.
