Description
Spektrum is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line and partially second-line CIS support for NCIA users in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The role handles user incidents, endpoint setup and reimaging, software updates and patching, account and access management, troubleshooting, change support, and activity logging. It requires enterprise end-user IT support experience, Windows and basic networking knowledge, ITSM familiarity, and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. The position is on-site, with possible travel to other NATO sites.
