Sedgman is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer in Montreal to lead feasibility and detailed civil engineering design projects for mining, energy, and heavy industrial developments. The role covers site grading, drainage, roads, earthworks, water and sewer systems, geotechnical investigations, contract and tender documentation, estimating support, design QA/QC, project cost and schedule performance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant lead civil engineering experience, strong civil design software and industrial project expertise, French and English communication skills, and eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
