Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive expertise in water and wastewater process engineering and land development. The role involves project management, multidisciplinary coordination, site and grading design, stormwater systems, NPDES compliance, and utility/facility planning. The successful candidate will support proposal preparation, promote services to clients, build and mentor a team, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration, and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a desirable Master's degree or American Academy of Environmental Engineers Diplomate.
