Description
KM Engineering is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer to lead complex land development projects across residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role includes project planning, design supervision, client engagement, quality assurance, budget and schedule oversight, proposal drafting, compliance, and team leadership. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum is required; PE licensure is preferred and 10 years of minimum experience is associated with that preference. The position requires AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.
