Description
Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer to lead large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission-critical clients. The role involves preparing and overseeing construction drawings for grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage; leading project teams; coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; supporting proposals and project planning; and monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least six years of civil engineering design experience, and preferably a Professional Engineer license. It is an on-site role with a Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and a Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. schedule, with competitive salary, performance bonus, health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and tuition assistance.
