Description
MacKay is hiring a full-time Civil Project Manager for its Mining team to lead civil and geotechnical infrastructure projects, including mine reclamation, site remediation, and closure. The role combines engineering design, project planning, permitting, budget and schedule management, client communication, technical reporting, field supervision, and business development. It requires a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, a New Mexico or Arizona Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within a year, and at least 10 years of progressive mining-sector experience. The position is hybrid, based in Albuquerque or Phoenix, with 20% travel, and offers a US pay range of $135,000 to $185,000 plus benefits.
