DLR Group is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy to lead a civil engineering practice and produce site-development designs for utility-scale solar and BESS, peaking plants, data centers, microgrids, and other infrastructure projects. The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, Civil 3D design, grading, drainage, stormwater and utility design, calculations, permitting, reports, specifications, shop-drawing reviews, and site visits. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least eight years of relevant experience, and experience leading civil-engineering teams. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, or Phoenix, Arizona, and offers a four-day in-office work model with Friday flexibility.
