SITES is hiring a senior civil engineer to work in its Paris-based seismic and structural-engineering team. The role involves advanced numerical and physical analyses of infrastructure under extreme loading, including seismic, soil–structure, fluid–structure, vibration, and impact studies; defining calculation methodologies; performing and leading calculations; interpreting results; and proposing strengthening or repair solutions. The engineer will also contribute to the development of in-house engineering software and may lead projects or advise asset owners. The position requires a civil-engineering degree, 8–10 years of experience, strong finite-element and structural-dynamics expertise, and experience with advanced engineering software; compensation is €50,000–€55,000, with telework possible subject to manager approval and national travel expected.
