Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer in Strongsville, Ohio for a full-time permanent position. The role leads industrial structural projects from conceptual design through field installation, commissioning, and client handoff; manages scope, budgets, schedules, and project changes; prepares foundations, steel structures, retrofits, pipe racks, and process structures; performs seismic, wind, code, and structural inspections; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in civil or structural engineering, at least 10 years of industrial engineering, design, and analysis experience, an active Professional Engineer license, and proficiency with structural engineering software and building codes.
