Davies North America is hiring a Liability Senior Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex and high-exposure liability claims, including commercial general, employer’s, professional, law enforcement, and other casualty or commercial liability exposures. The role is remote from home and services one client in South Florida. Responsibilities include claim investigations, coverage and liability determinations, reserve setting, carrier reporting, settlement and litigation strategy, third-party exposure management, and client reporting. The position requires an active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License, at least five years of liability claims and subrogation experience, and experience with general, auto, complex, and professional liability claims.
