Ascot Group is hiring a Senior Claims Specialist, Workers Compensation to investigate, evaluate, conclude, and manage complex or high-exposure lost-time workers’ compensation claims from opening through settlement. The role handles claim documentation, reserving, payments, medical-bill review, settlement negotiations, and communication with policyholders, injured workers, medical providers, brokers, and attorneys. It reports to a Claims Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of Florida workers’ compensation claim-handling experience, a Florida Resident Adjuster’s License, and strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
