Description
HCRC is seeking a Federal HR Classification Specialist to provide administrative day-to-day classification services, including research, investigation, analysis, review, writing, editing, and rewriting of position descriptions; position management and classification support; grade-level determination; classification decisions; advisory opinions; and coordination with management. The role requires extensive federal staffing and placement experience, job analysis, USA Staffing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a minimum of five years of Federal HR Specialist experience. Previous federal classification experience is desired, and the candidate must pass a Public Trust security clearance process.
