Description
Kraken is hiring a Client Delivery Lead to manage a technology domain for European client projects, including migrations onto the Kraken platform and long-term technology requirements. The role owns client relationships, escalates and resolves technical issues, prioritizes requests, communicates client needs internally, supports engineering delivery, and acts as a liaison between clients, product managers, and developers. It is a hands-on individual contributor position based in Europe, with projects potentially run from any country and travel expected. The role requires strong client delivery, product ownership, agile delivery, technology, communication, and consulting experience, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to work in complex delivery pipelines.
