Kraken is hiring a Senior Client Delivery Lead for its Markets Delivery team to support North American utility clients through technology transformation, platform migration, and long-term technology requirements. The role manages client relationships, escalates and resolves technical issues, translates client needs into product and engineering requirements, and collaborates with product managers and developers. It is a hands-on individual contributor position based in North America, requiring at least three days onsite in New York City and travel to client sites. The role requires senior-level energy or utility domain experience, strong agile delivery and product-management experience, and client-facing stakeholder-management skills; consulting and regulatory compliance experience are preferred. The salary range is $140,000–$200,000 in New York City, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and equity benefits.
