Terracon is hiring a Senior Client Development Specialist in Seattle to develop and strengthen client relationships across environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials testing service lines. The role partners with technical, operational, client development, and marketing leaders to identify growth opportunities, manage client and project pursuits, support RFPs and proposals, facilitate strategy meetings, attend industry events, and contribute to revenue growth and client experience. The position also includes client development leadership, safety oversight, quality monitoring, and recruiting support. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus five years of related experience, or nine years of related experience without a degree, is required.
