It requires at least seven years of corporate or search-firm recruiting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, applicant tracking or contact-management system experience, strong sourcing, client management, communication, organization, negotiation, analytical, and prioritization skills. Relocation is provided, and the listed base pay ranges are $123,611–$173,054.70 for Colorado applicants and $134,434–$188,207.25 for Washington applicants.
