The role manages a high-revenue, high-complexity book of business and delivers high-touch, advisory service for key accounts. Responsibilities include client lifecycle management, escalated issue resolution, renewals, funding strategies, vendor negotiations, long-term planning, process improvement, and coaching Client Managers and support staff. The position requires an active Life & Health license, at least five years of relevant experience, self-funding experience, OE guide application skills, and strong market insight.
