Description
Aldevron is hiring a Senior Client Quality Manager in Fargo, North Dakota to oversee quality manufacture, testing, and product release for client-specific products. The role partners with Quality Assurance and Quality Control, supports customer audits and corrective actions, and leads continuous improvement using FMEA, HCCAP, and Quality by Design in compliance with cGMP policies. The position reports to the Director of Client Quality and requires a bachelor's degree, at least nine years of CDMO or customer-facing quality experience in a regulated or GMP environment, and audit exposure; cell and therapy or biological manufacturing experience is a plus.
