CARE is hiring a full-time Senior Client Services Representative for its 24-hour specialist and emergency veterinary hospital in Collingwood. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to clients, managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary veterinary team. Candidates need prior animal care industry experience, strong communication and administrative skills, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office experience; veterinary nursing experience is highly regarded. The position follows a rotating fortnightly roster with day shifts in Week 1 and afternoon or evening shifts in Week 2, including one Saturday shift per fortnight.
