The position focuses on early client engagement, initial project planning, strategic account development, customer relationship management, proposal support, solution development, and coordination with engineering and management resources. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or related technical or business/engineering hybrid degree, five to ten years of strategic B2B sales experience, engineering or industrial sales experience, and the ability to travel frequently, including 25–50% local and overnight travel. The role offers a base salary of $106,000 to $150,000 annually plus profit sharing, ESOP participation, 401(k) matching, overtime pay, and other benefits.
