Oracle is hiring a Senior Clinical Consultant to advise healthcare organizations on workforce and workload transformation using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions. The role partners with executives, nursing and operational leaders, and project teams to assess current workflows, redesign staffing and operational processes, support solution adoption, measure customer value, and improve caregiver utilization, workforce efficiency, and patient outcomes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, at least six years of combined higher education and related work experience, at least one year of licensed healthcare practice or clinical consulting or healthcare information technology experience, and active RN or other clinical licensure. The role offers a US hiring range of $82,500 to $166,100 per year, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
