PSI is hiring a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead and develop its Clinical Operations team in Seoul, establish the operational presence in South Korea, and manage operational and strategic activities. The role oversees staff performance, resource allocation, training, quality systems, audits, regulatory inspections, project reviews, crisis resolution, and may support business development. Candidates must have a PharmD or life sciences degree, extensive clinical operations management experience, knowledge of clinical research and Korean regulatory requirements, strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Korean, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The position is office-based or hybrid in Seoul.
