Description
The Senior Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Manager, Clinical QA by maintaining the internal quality assurance program for an assigned business area, serving as the Clinical QA representative on clinical project teams, and conducting internal and external audits of clinical investigations. The role assesses compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and company policies; evaluates scientific data; supports inspection readiness, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement; and tracks audit findings through closure. The position is hybrid, requires at least three days per week in the local office, and offers visa sponsorship only if the employer can take over an existing employment visa. The listed locations are Marlborough, Massachusetts; Arden Hills, Minnesota; and Maple Grove, Minnesota, with a minimum salary of $81,000 and a maximum salary of $153,900.
