Spring Health is hiring a Senior Clinical Quality Manager - AI Transformation to lead strategic quality initiatives across its provider network. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality and Safety, the role focuses on provider performance, clinical quality, operational workflows, compliance, accreditation, fraud, waste, and abuse prevention, and the use of AI and intelligent automation to improve efficiency and decision-making. The position requires clinical licensure and at least seven years of post-licensure experience, including tele-behavioral health, along with four or more years leading clinical quality or related operations. The target base salary is $121,500 to $140,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
