AbCellera is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary contact for complex investigation sites, overseeing monitoring, site readiness, protocol deviations, investigational product safety, data integrity, risk-based monitoring, audit readiness, and CRA mentoring. The role requires a life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related degree, more than 10 years of CRA monitoring experience, extensive site-selection and initiation experience, knowledge of ICH-GCP and major regulatory requirements, strong judgment and stakeholder-management skills, bilingual French and English ability, and travel to clinical sites in Canada and the United States 60–70% of the time.
