Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support complex clinical studies across Chile. The role independently manages study sites, conducts pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out monitoring visits, supports site start-up and regulatory submissions, manages investigational products, resolves queries and serious adverse events, prepares monitoring reports, and mentors junior staff. The position requires a scientific or healthcare degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of CRA experience, significant site-management experience, and professional English communication skills; it also involves travel as needed.
