Description
Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee multiple regions and lead the operational execution of clinical trials, including adaptive and seamless designs. The role manages trial deliverables, study documents, clinical sites, CRO and third-party vendors, budgets, enrollment, supply planning, risk management, data quality, regulatory documents, and study quality metrics. It may also manage a team of Clinical Trial Associates. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of clinical trial management experience, global trial management capability, and strong leadership, communication, project planning, and analytical skills; Phase 2/Phase 3 and oncology experience are preferred.
