Disc Medicine is hiring a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead the start-up and execution of large, global clinical trials in a hybrid role based in Watertown, Massachusetts, with remote work flexibility. The role manages CROs and vendors, study timelines and budgets, clinical documents, GCP compliance, monitoring activities, site relationships, and trial risks. Candidates need a BA/BS, at least seven years of applicable clinical trial experience including five years of vendor and CRO management and phase III oncology experience, strong global regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. The annual base salary is $151,000–$185,000 USD.
