Description
Iambic Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations to lead early-phase oncology studies from start-up through close-out. The role oversees CRO and vendor performance, enrollment and site management, monitoring, data review, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, study documentation, training, and cross-functional alignment. It requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field and at least seven years of progressive clinical trial management experience, with oncology experience required and global, multi-site, and early-phase experience preferred. The position can be remote or onsite in San Diego and includes up to 10% travel.
