Description
The AWS Database Engineer will deploy, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot NICE customer-hosted databases in AWS, including RDS, Postgres, SQL Server, Aurora, and MySQL. The role covers database administration, backups and restores, performance tuning, Terraform and PowerShell automation, incident and change management, and 24x7 production support. It requires 6–10 years of database administration experience, hands-on Postgres experience, AWS and RDS expertise, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology. The position is remote in Colombia.
