Senior cloud and DevOps infrastructure role responsible for owning Helpshift production services, building scalable Google Cloud infrastructure with Terraform, deploying AI agents and vector databases, implementing DevSecOps controls, operating CI/CD pipelines, monitoring LLM metrics, governing cloud costs and quotas, and connecting AWS and GCP environments. The position requires 6+ years of relevant experience, expert GCP administration, strong systems, networking, security, containerization, automation, Python, and Bash skills, plus the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and mentor junior staff.
