Description
AHEAD is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead support and operation of customer cloud environments, including Azure infrastructure, identity, networking, security, monitoring, governance, and FinOps. The role owns complex incidents and changes, develops operational documentation, mentors other engineers, and advises customers on cloud architecture and operational best practices. It requires at least five years of customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, or managed services support experience, strong Azure expertise, and knowledge of scripting, automation, infrastructure as code, and DevOps/SRE practices.
