Description
Nscale is hiring a Platform Engineer to build and improve shared cloud-native platform capabilities for internal engineering teams running AI applications. The role owns Kubernetes cluster operations, workload runtime configuration, deployment workflows, observability, environment automation, reliability, incident response, and production issue resolution. It also involves contributing to platform standards, collaborating with software engineering, infrastructure, and SRE teams, and mentoring less experienced engineers. The position requires hands-on production Kubernetes experience, infrastructure automation, CI/CD or GitOps, reliability engineering, production automation in Go, Python, Bash, or similar languages, Linux and networking fundamentals, and the ability to work independently and mentor others.
