Description

AWS Enterprise Support is hiring a Cloud Operations Architect to advise customers on AWS services, help them adopt and operate cloud solutions, and provide strategic technical guidance on incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management. The role requires strong distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure, data, analytics, or AI/ML experience, bilingual French and English knowledge, and the ability to travel 10% or more as needed.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience; alternatively, a Bac +3 degree in a related discipline or more than five years of equivalent professional experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in technical roles involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure/platform engineering, data and analytics, or AI/ML.
Bilingual French and English knowledge required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a technical lead internally or with external customers.
Experience in Information Technology operations.
Development in a distributed systems environment.
Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning services and solutions.
