NiCE is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer for its Application Operations team to support mission-critical financial and banking applications across AWS. The role covers production support, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, monitoring, automation, incident handling, AWS troubleshooting, infrastructure and application deployments, and 24x7 on-call support. Candidates need at least four years of relevant infrastructure operations or application support experience, strong scripting and troubleshooting skills, AWS and Kubernetes knowledge, database experience, and familiarity with application performance tools.
