Alliant Energy is hiring a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design, implement, automate, and continuously improve secure, scalable, resilient cloud and hybrid-cloud platform capabilities. The role focuses on enterprise cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code, platform automation, shared services, containers and Kubernetes, observability, reliability engineering, governance, cost optimization, and technical leadership for cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization. It requires at least five years in infrastructure or platform-related engineering, including three years with public-cloud infrastructure and two years with IaC; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The posted pay range is $103,000-$141,000, and visa sponsorship is not supported.
