Emerson is hiring a Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineer in Austin, Texas to build, optimize, and manage cloud-native systems including Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources. The role involves documenting work products, participating in agile development and security and architecture reviews, and collaborating with a global team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of experience with large-scale production infrastructure, proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages, Kubernetes and containerization expertise, and experience with infrastructure as code and agile development.
