Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect Security in the Customer Success Unit to work across Europe North and seven subsidiaries. The role translates complex security and cloud challenges into scalable Microsoft security solutions, leads and mentors virtual teams, prepares customers for secure operational readiness, removes deployment blockers, and identifies opportunities for secure cloud adoption and expansion. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred qualifications including additional years of secure cloud experience, customer-facing and technical project leadership experience, and security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-100, or SC-500. The position offers ongoing applications until filled, with base pay of €93,000–€181,200 per year in Belgium and kr 750,000–kr 1,421,000 per year in Sweden.
